Should I give him third chance?

i met this guy, we re texting for a long time already, met 2 times in 1 year. after the first time i didn't feel anything, but still gave a chance cause he is a nice guy. second time i felt also nothing apart a good friend. i dont like the idea of kissing, he doesn't attract me. But he's a really nice guy. he still wants to meet, i dont know if i should give it another chance…

Be honest with him and do not string him along. I will say that attraction can take time but I would be upfront about how you feel so you’re not wasting your own time and more importantly his.

Tell him directly that you don’t feel attracted to him romantically but also tell him that you do like him as a friend. That you would be willing to build a friendship together if he wants to but if he doesn’t then you understand. If you begin later on developing feelings tell him that.

It is important for two people to know where they stand with one another. If he thinks he’s falling in love assuming you are too while you’re not. That can be a problem that’s why communication is so key. The same thing could happen when you’re falling for a dude to find out he only sees you as a friend it would break your heart more to find out later rather then sooner.

If you’re honest with him but you still decide to go on more dates. That’s fine you're just seeing where it goes either it will work out or it will not.

As nice as it seems for you to give him yet more of your time I think it may end up being more confusing for him. If you feel no chemistry or basic attraction after 2 times spending a decent amount of time together then there is little point in dragging it out more when you’re not invested.


Don’t ghost him though , call him and tell him you think he is a great guy but you’re not attracted to him. Don’t offer friendship or try and let him down gently it’s better to be honest and direct in these situations.

We all have this energy within us and I guarantee it the first time that you guys saw each other you would have felt it if it was right if it wasn't right you're not going to feel anything and I would have to say it's going to happen the same way again you're kind of at the stage of where you would be settling if you do it again

I once dated a woman who had the 3 date rule. If she didn't feel chemistry by the third date, she moved on. I wished she had told me sooner because I really liked her, she was intelligent and gorgeous. That was the last time I moved slowly when dating.

If you really have felt anything after two dates, there's not much reason to have a third. Stay friends if you want, and fine someone else for romance.

You have no physical attraction? That's called friend's, at best, which can get tricky if he secretly remains attracted to you in any future relationship. There will be an imbalance. And when you do meet the next right guy, it will be truly challenging for him to be happy for you, unless he is incredibly mature.
Ask yourself: why am I giving someone I-m really not attracted to anotherchance?
