Why does he keep pushing me and pulling me back?

This guy I've been seeing for a few months is very confusing. One day he likes me the next he doesn't. He treats me like im annoying one day, wants me to leave him alone but then the next day he's blowing up my phone.

He has even gone far and played a prank on me with his female friend where the friend called me to tell me he had moved to another state and was dating a new woman there. I kept texting and calling him but no answer. I gave but a few days later he calls to tell me it was a prank.

He likes the attention and whatever other “benefit” he gets from you but has no intention of progressing a single thing. He’s a jackass on top of being arrogant towards you because you are most likely the only woman who will allow him to behave that way, and that is no where NEAR a compliment. You should feel utterly ashamed at the fact that HE KNOWS he can talk to you however, treat you however, and you’ll be right there with tears in your eyes ready to be walked over again. If I were you I’d never want a guy who has such little respect and regard for me.
