I keep pushing him away but he keeps coming back why?

He is arrogant, confident and powerful with a lot of charisma. i don't have a crush on him, i did want to be friends with him however but he turned to be a bad arrogant person instead of nice person. So i pushed him away because he ignored me. he returned later but i pushed him away again and when i gave in for the first time he ignored me. he did it for the second time and i stopped looking or showing any interest in starting any friendship with him or even any relationship even if it was being acquainted only.
even after i made it clear i dislike him, he still came back. he did something rude (started bossing me around and get into my business) so i told him off and scolded him. he stopped talking to me for a while (he tried to talk to me twice asking me a question rudely about where i was going) but i ignored him without even looking at him. i thought i was over with him, but he got back again and started talking to me confidently like we are friends. why does he keep bothering me? WHY does he keep coming back? and what did i do wrong for him to act so arrogant and show me that he is is arrogant? Where did i go wrong?
and why is he trying to manipulate me and thinking he can play with my mind like this?

He is interested in you. He might not be able to show it in a way you like it but he can't stop thinking about you.

I have a similar problem that this guy has, but I think I'm finally over the phase of messaging the girl. Plus, she really doesn't deserve the attention I gave her. That was something I needed to grasp. She discarded me, and treated me poorly. There is no point in me reaching out to her when she has already shown that she wasn't treating me right.

You may have a problem in explaining you lack of interest to him. You have to be confident to tell him off or have someone assist you in doing so. If you don't like him you don't like him, and there is nothing he can do about it.

and when i told him off i said "you have no right to talk to me or tell me what to do!" and i really was angry at him. and when he asked me where the 'fuck' was i going i ignored him. he kept calling my name i ignored him. then another time he was polite and asked "what where you doing?" i said coldly "eating" he asked "where?" i ignored him. if he actually is interested in me he would respect my private space and he wouldn't be so rude and he would show that he has pride

Be more assertive I guess. There really isn't any absolute answer to solving this. Hopefully he can move on and find someone else to show interest in.

If there is one thing I noticed is that if the girl is interested in you, your advances are appreciated. If she is not, well you come off as a creeper. Persistence doesn't work. :/

i am so not interested in being friends with him. especially after he embarrassed a guy that i sort of like and i think he has a crush on me as well.
he is very shy and anxious and awkward just like me, the only difference is that i am smarter than him when it comes to being shy.
he was staring at the window though and that dick said "why is he giving you death glares?" he got so embarrassed and blushed saying he wasn't looking,

If he is really bothering you, maybe getting someone else involved. If you're still in school maybe a teacher.
One of the best things you can do is if he approaches you not to be so hostile yourself towards him. If you can respectfully give you position to him and show your disinterest without being antagonizing it might help.
Otherwise, I guess tell him to stop or you'll get him for harassment.

yeah. and after a week he suddenly treated me as if i was plastic bag and stopped talking to me. i thought i did something wrong but then his ex (who is a girl he is manipulating) her and her best friend told me he is just being a jerk it is typical.
next he talked to me again more nicely and i was cold to him but i gave a chance again but he did it again,
third time, well i was polite and enjoyed the conversation and thought maybe we can be friends.
fourth time he pushed his luck because i really disliked him and lost respect for him as a person.

He sounds like an idiot. Sometimes people are just creeps and don't understand that you are a person too and deserve respect. My advice for dealing with creepy or arrogant boys is not to ignore them but to A. never seek them out and B. act very cool and disinterested when speaking to them. Acting like they are not getting to you and you don't care is a lot more effective than ignoring them completely.

i think so. i am pretty sure if he actually liked me as a person he would stop doing this and have pride because he would want to prove himself that he has respect,.
but since he keeps getting back and talking to me all the time as if he is pleading for me to look at him. i am sure he is trying to manipulate me. but why?

If he is consciously manipulating you, he might not know how to deal with "liking" you. Even if he "likes" you, he is not worth your time if he is going to be so immature and creepy as to express it like this. If it is for some other reason I wouldn't know without more information.
