Can a guy have a great personality but still struggle with women?

100%! Guys in general just have to suck it when it comes to the dating market. We always have to pay, we always have to be the one to ask them out, we always have to be the one to make the first move. It's hell on your nervs and your wallet. I don't consider myself an attractive partner in a lot of ways, but my uncle is a freaking gem. He works full time, shares the cooking and the cleaning, was a parental figure to her young daughter and I've never heard him say anything critical of her let alone rude or out of line and she STILL complains about him to her friends over wine. One time she did it in earshot of him and he heard the whole thing. The look on his face was soul crushing.

Absolutely anyone can struggle but it’s about finding who genuinely likes you. Remember that quantity of attention doesn’t always equate to quality.

Attraction is about having good traits and a shortage of bad traits. A guy can be a kind person and not get noticed if he does not initiate relationships with women in his league or if he lacks confidence, courage, happiness, cooperativeness or positive energy.

Yes he can. He can be shy or awkward in romantic setting with a great personality. I know my ex had a wonderful personality but was kind of shy when it came to approaching women.

Yep. Many people are toxic and refuse to emotionally mature and work through insecurities to overcome them. When insecure people see good people, they think they are not good enough to be with someone who has a kind heart, a great personality, and good looks

there's also character, there's experience, there's confidence, there's attractiveness, there's the core of who you really are as a person and all that...

Sure... Lots of factors go into whether someone is romantically appealing to another person. Personality goes a long way, but it's not the only thing.

Of course. A lot of women are VERY BAD at choosing men. Just look at thier questions on here. If a guy is top notch but just doesn't know how to put himself out there he's not going to do well.
