Do you think my guy friend has a point about the gene pool?

My guy friend told me this after I complained about why tall men don’t like tall women and prefer short women or average height women. I was told by a 6’11 guy that I was too tall for him! Are you kidding me? I’m 6’4”.

My guy friend said this to me, “You think you are made for tall men. Don't you realize you might have to marry a guy who might be shorter to bring balance to the gene pool? What if you and the 6’11 man and you decided to have a child and you would have a difficult time getting that puppy out. Plus your kids may end up 6’11, 7’2 or even 7’5. What if you had a girl and she was 6’7 or 7’0”? Do you really want to go though that?”

My best friend said, “I hate to say this and as much as it’s harsh, he has a point.

What do you guys think?

They don’t tell short or average height women this. I don’t know about women 5’7-5’11 if they’re told the same thing.

It depends but I think love should be who you’re genuinely attracted to. When someone rejects you leave it at what it is.

You said before in other posts you like shorter men then you go back on it. I’m glad you’re taking initiative though to talk to people you’re interested in not waiting around. Rejection sucks but you’re not wasting time on him.

All men and women are different. Even the tall ones aren’t in a hive mind. For some it’s a bigger deal then others.

Well. I'm 6'1 and I'm married a girl with 18 years ago she was 5'9 . My son is 6'7 . My daughter is 5'9 .

My ex-wife remarried he was 5'9 . They had a son he's 5'8. Maybe 5,9

My son has a girlfriend she's six foot. They just had a baby . I'm going to have to look up how many inches she was but she was a long baby and I can guarantee you that she's probably going to be probably 6:4

Well a 5’9 woman is NOTHING compared to a 6’4 woman! She could date a 6’3 or 6’5 man but if I did my future kids would be 6’7. So tall women should just date shorter men?
When a short of average height women date men 6’5 or 6’8 people are okay with it.
One of my uncles is 6’8 and my aunt is 5’0”. Their sons are 6’6 and 6’8 in a half and their girlfriend are TINY, petite.
One said he don’t want to date a tall woman over 5’7, especially women that are 6ft and over because the he doesn’t want giant kids and if he had a daughter, should would have it rough and it wouldn’t be fair to her If she was let’s say 6’3.
