For a woman is 26 too old to date and marry?

I want to have 4 kids that’s my target, 5 max although.

I have heard of women 30 struggling to have kids all the time but also a girl that is 26 who miscarries a lot.

I am 26 what girl should I aim for as I want to date for a year then marry.
Why do people struggle so much these days?

anyways fertility starts to decline around 30 for women, and reproductive problems start after 35 though only affect 30% of the population in their 30s. women can have kids naturally without help until 40. after that until about 44-45 or so there's ivf and things like that if you still want another kid.
