You don't have to know things to be smart and you don't have to be smart to know things. Wisdom is subjective.
If you like the girl, you like her for who she is, if you want to date her - you date her for who she is. It's entirely up to you.

As long as she has enough intelligence that she's not an idiot and doesn't annoy you. If she's at that level, then her intelligence shouldn't pose an issue for the relationship, and looks become a lot more important.

The question isn't whether you are easily annoyed, but whether she annoys you. :)

If you enjoy talking to her despite her level of intelligence, enjoy being with her, and are attracted to her, then I'd say go for it for sure!
