Why some experienced professionals forget they were once young and inexperienced like you and they don’t take what you do or say in consideration?

You know I never ever forgot , but 100% I agree with you , I really struggle with old minded farts my age and beyond , and I think many of these fools have forgotten , I find young people very smart , full of ideas , and I always encourage them to express those ideas , one thing I was great at in corporate , selecting the right young blood , more brilliant than ever in my view.
