Is it weird to approach someone if you feel they are not as interested in you?

Starting off dating this person, they always would say they felt that they were into me more than I were them. I always thought it was evened out and mutual. This week, they’ve acted a little differently. We have still been in contact everyday. I can’t tell if they are just busy with work and tired or if they are not interested anymore. Part of me wants to tell them I feel this way, but I don’t want to turn them off or make them feel pressured. It’s only been a little under a month after all.
