So as per question. Does guy always want to be the chaser/ the initiator? And they hate being pursued by woman?

Or if there is an exception - then what will be acceptable other than the physic (ie. very pretty girl)?

No. This is some nonsense that women keep pushing for some silly reason. When a guys interested it makes zero difference if the woman is the initiator. However women don't typically do this. So as you stated a majority of the time the guy assumes this is some sort of a setup. The other times that it fails it does so because the woman who did the initiating DIDN'T read the signs. Women have a nasty habit of overestimating a man's interest. Women think just because she has feelings for a guy then that means he has feelings for her.

No! How is this myth still a thing?

I'll tell you why. Because women perpetuate it. When a woman pursues a man and things don't go the way she wants them to, many will just assume it was because the guy was turned off by her taking the initiative. They never consider it could just be because HE WASN'T INTERESTED IN HER.

All men are different look a relationship should be equal effort by both persons. One person shouldn’t be putting all the work in to get little to none in return that’s a setup for a long miserable relationship that will be one sided for as long as it lasts.

A girl who shows interest is a good thing I will say if it’s a woman he’s NOT interested in it could be that…. In some cases it’s possible that whoever it is doing it they just don’t see as a romantic partner.

Lol I think your question is perfectly fine. It's just that there isn't really any good answer. Men like being pursued just like women like to be pursued. And just like women, there are people we don't want to be pursued by. There isn't really a magic cure-all recipe to avoid rejection when you do the pursuing. It's just the way the game goes.
