So I keep getting this guy saying he will never text again. then he will come back again weeks later and text bomb me all day. like he says he dont care about me anymore but keeps coming back again. but why?

When you're in a relationship with somebody and if you allow them to get away with things that do certain things are things that you don't even know about and they get away with it and then they'll go have an affair with somebody and be ruthless and mean to you because they think that they just have

That is unhealthy and toxic and seems like he gets bored and desperate for attention. If he is going to saying he’s not going to talk to you anymore I’d leave it alone. Dealt with it before the back and forth is a waste of time.
