Girls in your 20’s, how would you feel if you meet a new guy, have a few good dates, then he reveals he wears a wig/toupee/fake hair etc?

Curious as I'm 26 and have a telogen alopecia so still have eyebrows etc, but got into full custom male wigs and they look great, just worried how women my age view it.

Please note this does come off to sleep and I just throw a beanie on then.

Also-please no comments about "embracing baldness" I don't like the look, that's the beginning and the end of it personally. I wear this for me and enjoy looking my age.

ALSO-these are custom wigs and now the way they make these are truly undetectable. The idea all wigs or toupees etc look fake is only a bias because you only notice the fake ones, walking by several realistic ones you would never notice.

I honestly think it’s cool a guy puts in the extra effort to look good, wouldn’t bother me! I’d still date/enter a relationship with him!

It wouldn’t bother me at all, if it looks real I would still be attracted to him and enter a relationship with him!

I really don’t like bald and even if the wig looked real it just wouldn’t help me overlook it

I said I share on 2/3dates in.., how is that hiding it given they would know this before they know my middle name? They are knowing very very early on so I just don’t see where it’s hiding it.

Unless you share your medical history on the first date this just seems like it’s unreasonable

what is unreasonable for you can be important for someone else... I make it very clear to any man that I could be interested in, and he is interested in me... that if he has anything to tell me, the time is now because later it can be understood in the wrong way...

if I ask "if there is anything I should know about you," I require honesty... I date people I got to know very well, so I'm sure I want to move it further... I don't ask about details... it's their decision... but I expect respect, and if I ask, I expect to be answered honestly... and telling me, "there is, but I don't feel comfortable talking about it" is also an answer

Although maybe that’s the distinction in our thought process; you’re implying you only date people you know well. None of the women in my friend groups I find physically attractive, so I date ‘new’ women to me. We meet at an event share a short conversation and agree to meet for a date later.
