If you're not in a good place in life then it doesn't matter whether a guy accepted or rejected you... you have work to do... And the same would apply if it was the girl who rejected the guy...
If I was not in a good place mentally/emotionally, then of course I would get offended and hurt by a rejection.
No I’d be offended if he tried to take advantage of me if I was in a dark place feeling vulnerable and mad.
