I struggled to keep my job at this office place, there was about 20 people, i failed metrics and wasn't doing so well on the phone, these 3 people introduced themselves to me, 1 jealous guy, 1 other guy i was friends with, and this girl who really liked me, she would flirt and help me at my job and even make cues, thing was i wasn't that attracted to her and was caught off guard how forward she was about liking me, i was nervous because it was infront of everyone and at the time she would talk to the jealous guy, she liked me first which made him jealous however, we got along fine and he even helped me keep my job according to my other friend when they wanted me gone. I was blindsided by his jealousy, he seemed genuine added me on fb helped me on calls got along fine for months, then randomly he calls me a been infront of the girl, i didn't think much of it so i let the comment go, then 2 weeks later he calls me a virgin, i played it off cool stating it wasn't true and waited till it died down, i didn't want to assault the guy because there's cameras and needed to keep my job for the hours,, he asked me multiple times to hangout with him and the girl and after saying no a dozen times I gave in, we went clubbing and he made fun of me for not having a wallet, I danced with the girl only to find out the next day she slept with the jealous guy, i was heartbroken and really sad knowing i could not pursue a future with girl, he bragged about it, and when i had enough we got into an argument and both agreed to not talk to eachother, the girl regretted it and even after i was fired, she wished me a hbd, ignored her, and then 4 years later i met her at a mall by mistake and asked for a coffee, which i said nothing and walked away, found out she had depression and let herself go, even worse everyone at work knew the girl that publicly told people that liked me, slept with my bully, devasted heartbroken and sad to know she continued to sleep with him but they broke off

So, what is the question here? It is more of a statement than a question and it is not really possible to answer your statement.

First mistake you did was to get involved emotionally with that girl at the workplace. One never does that because, as you found out, it creates jealousies and your paid the price for it, you got fired, probably as an indirect consequence.

Next, how can you meet someone in a mall "by mistake"? Unless you stalk someone and know where they are, you cannot meet by mistake but only by accident.

Finally, you are lucky that you did not get together with that girl since she seems to have loose morals and is not really very reliable and seems to fornicate around with just about anyone.

Try to reframe the narrative in your mind. Instead of focusing on what you lost, think about what you gained. You learned valuable lessons about relationships, boundaries, and recognizing toxic behavior. Positivity is everything.
