Would you go scuba diving or snorkeling in a swimming pool for a first date?

Sounds crazy, but it's different. You could see how well you'd trust each other plus see each other in weird gear/wetsuits to break the ice.

See this is why I think it would be different. Getting out of the comfort zone on the first date is a great way to see how things would go

A diving date is pointless, unless both have previous experience.

Seems to make absolutely no sense to me. On the first date I want to talk to the guy. I don't think that's possible when diving.
