Swimming is fun as hell. I'd totally go for that. Fuck what everyone else says, that sounds like a great first date. You can play in the water, have a good time, have some friendly competition, play stupid fun kid games, push her into the pool. I like that idea. I'm gonna use that. Plus I could show off my body. It kinda sucks when you're shredded, but you can't really tell with a shirt on.
That's prolly what it is. The chicks who are secure in their body would be down; the chicks who are insecure in their body wouldn't.
Most girls will probably say "no" because they are self conscious about their body. Most guys will probably say "yes" because they want to see the girl's body and it probably provides some opportunities for touching/physical contact that would otherwise not be available.
Probably not, I don't really like swimming and I think it would be a bit difficult to get to know someone better while splashing around. I'd prefer to take a walk with him or sit down somewhere, where I can give him my full attention and vice versa.
No. It’s seen as sleazy: he wants to see what she looks like with barely any clothes. Not attractive to me

I don't see swimming pool as a date, maybe if she invited me to a cookout or barbecue and the it happened to have a pool there. but I would still not considered it as a date. I consider a date a time when to people who have romantic/sexual interest in one another go out to know each other better and have a good time.
Yes, but only if its with a friend i already am close with after all i do not want it to be creepy.
But i love swimming, and if i know she loves it to it would be a great date idea but perhaps not as the first date.
I would wear a one-piece swimsuit, and save my bikini for a later "pool date" when we've been together long enough 😉
It's a great way to see her without makeup before it's too late. However, I think swimming and similar activities is too much for a first date. Save it for the second date.
The girl is gonna worry about how she looks in a bikini or swimsuit. It might be a fun date idea but we forget women stress about everything haha
My advice is to make the first date as stress/insecurity free as possible.
No, I don’t want a guy I don’t know ogling me and touching me on the first date. On my first date with my husband we went to grab some food and drinks and talked about our lives.
No. I can't swim and I'm afraid of water.
We'd just be admiring each other's bodies the whole time.
Can't swim lmao what if he pushes me in the deep end
I do not do dates, but yea I would go to a swimming pool with a male friend, why not xD
@Rundown I'm living with my boyfriend and I'm not a virgin.
@Rundown what does it have to do with the 90s? Most people move together before marrying xD
@Rundown maybe not in your country 😛 but here in Germany it's really common.
And way way more common than in the 90s that's for sure 😂
@Rundown if you say so 😂
That seems weird but I would like to learn how to swim so sure.
I'd rather go to the beach instead. The swimming pool isn't very romantic.
I meant as a date. I'd rather go to the beach on the first date. The swimming pool isn't as romantic as the beach.
Not likely. I can't swim, I don't have access to any nice pools, and I don't have these things called "abs" that everyone goes gaga over. I'd rather invite her to a decent restaurant instead.
Sure, I guess. I love going to the pool and it's a different idea for a first date.
Highly recommended actually, can't wear makeup in water :DD
You can actually 😂 waterproof makeup exists and is a lot of people wear it without even realising haha
Lol no... if a guy ask me that, just means he just wants to see me half naked straight away lol
@Rundown bad impression for me.. That means he just wants to have sex on first date
Definitely RED FLAG for me
@Rundown Umm 99% of the time, it's true. I'm a female. I have a lot of girlfriends. And we go on dates. So I know what I'm talking about.
You can deny it all you want, but you're not going to convince me that it's not true lol
So don't bother mate
So lemme get this straight. You'd prefer it if random men saw you half naked straight away, but not a man you just started dating partner or a potential long-term companion? o_o;
What the hell you talkin about?
Did I say I prefer random men seeing me half naked?
Moron
Where did I ever say that above?
hgfgh
k
Yeah thought so.
Moron 🤦♀️
It seems so, doesn't it?
Whateves. Have a good night.
Yea bye felicia 😁
You tryin' to keep me around? 'Cause that's a good way to do it.
You're a very rude person, you know that. Don't get me wrong, IDGAF. It makes me wonder what kind of life you have to be so venomous.
@ChurchOfIron you're the one that came at me first mate. Don't put turn this around and put it on me.
I asked you straight up.. where did I say that I prefer random guys to see me half naked?
You're the one assuming and talking bullcrap about me.
I don't play that nonsense.
@ChurchOfIron so next time, if you ever want to talk shit to someone and can't take the heat, then don't bother commenting at all.
None of us want your two cent opinions.
@ChurchOfIron and my life is perfect thanks.
I have a great job, a great relationship.
I'm not an evil person lol.
But if you going to step on my toes, I'm going to come back at ya.
Cheers mate.
Hey, I was attempting to understand your perspective. If you're that sensitive that you couldn't handle a simple question without emotionally lashing out, that ain't on me. Your "heat" is cold as ice, to me, chica. Simply curious, given the situation and your highly emotional reaction.
If you have ever gone swimming in a bathing suit in a public swimming pool, it stands to reason you would show your body to the men who were at that swimming pool, does it not? Or have you never gone swimming? If you haven't, I apologize and retract my question.
@ChurchOfIron Yeah but you came at me like you're judging me straight up and we have never even talked before.
Why pass that judgement without proof?
And yes I have gone to the beach and swimming pool.
Yes there's guys around.
But so what?
It's totally different to a guy ASKING me out for a first date to the beach or swimming pool.
Those random guys check out many girls and I know they won't bother asking me out for a date and want to get to know me personally.
But if a guy is asking me out for a first date, he should be trying to get to know me first? Not try to see me half naked.
@ChurchOfIron I've dated many guys and the ones that have become my boyfriend, NEVER asked to go to the beach or pool for a first date.
It's because they want to get to know my personality too.
The ones that don't give a shit and just wants to get their dick wet, will ask to go to the pools.
If it's a third or fourth date, then I would agree to beach or swimming pool.
But NOT a first date.
@ChurchOfIron my heat is cold? LOL alright mate, don't try to act like you're some tough kient when you're not.
You wouldn't be lashing out on me like this hahaha
If I though my date might like it, sure! However, the women I have dated, and the woman I married would not have liked this as the first date option!
I don't think I would but I would consider doing it if the time was right.
Swimming together would be a refreshing and new idea for a date.
Why not but I don't see how we get to know each other well.
Well, I've already seen the girl I like, basically naked, so, it'd be a step up, lol. So, yeah, maybe
Mish blocked be because she knows im right
She's just one person in a world of billions
She doesn't speak for all women and men
LOL
mermaidia_lol
Blocked me too cause she knew I was right and couldn't handle it, hahaha
Women will generally say no because without a mask of makeup they look like gollum.
@Elleenaaa Yeah and when you come out of the water your face looks like plastic.
No, pretty revealing clothing for a first date..
