Guys, My sister's boyfriends brother asked me to teach him piano but he has liked my tinder before?

I didn't swipe right as I don't really want to date him. That was a year ago.

Now I said I can teach him piano but I'm honestly not sure if he expects me to teach at his place, if I should even charge him or teach him at the academy I'm teaching in? How can I ask him in a way that isn't awkward 😭

If it feels questionable it probably is you’re intelligent and probably know when there is more to it verses something innocent.

You are not obligated to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable and if you feel like it could potentially get you into a bad situation you may just have to tell him you’re sorry but don’t feel comfortable doing that. You don’t need to write a long exclamation just make it short and to the point.

However since you made plans you can go through with it just have strong boundaries and have a escape plan something happens that makes your gut go ICK…

If it makes you feel more comfortable to have your sister and/or her boyfriend with you then that’s okay too. If it makes you feel more comfortable.

I will say look the guy probably liked you and so long as he’s single there isn’t anything wrong with that. Don’t hold it against him even if he isn’t your type romantically it does not make him a bad guy. You’re not obligated to do it again if he does anything that creeps you out. But maybe he won’t.

I don't feel comfortable dating my sister's boyfriends brother, I know it might seem strange but yeah it just feels weird to me. Not that there is necessarily anything wrong with it.. but that's just me.
He is a nice guy I've spoken to him a few times. I think he has a girlfriend but they are messy and it seems on and off.
It would help if he definitely is in a relationship. He wants to come to my house as it's less of a drive for him. Luckily I live with family so it should be okay.

Well I’m glad you’re helping him out if things get too awkward just don’t see him again just tell him you don’t feel comfortable doing it and he will need to find someone else.

If he does anything too overt then just leave. But maybe he won’t maybe he just genuinely cares wants your help

I suspect he wants to get to know you a lot better and is using piano lessons as an excuse for that. If you're not into him, you may want to suggest he find someone else.

Make sure to say it properly and avoid saying "if you want" at the end of that sentence when you suggest it so he doesn't try to slither his way out of the idea, say it like, alright come by the academy when you get the chance, if he denies and tries to get you to go to him house then there was simply no way around it and it was gonna happen 😂

The lesson actually went ok. I will say he seemed well dressed for a piano lesson but he did mention his girlfriend so I think it should be okay. I also know for a fact he really loves his girlfriend, as my sister told me
