we met at a conference and she is the cofounder of this new, but getting pretty significant media outlet. we had a couple conversations, but basically her and my client are going to collaborate on some stuff.
I had someone drop out of an unrefundable, Harry Potter Studios tour and dinner. I really did not think she would accept, but she seemed quite interested in it and now we have plans for tomorrow. But I mean clearly this is like a date activity I’m asking her out on. So I guess that means she might have some interest in me? She was not the first person I asked just based on the fact that it’ll be complicated a bit since we’re also going to collaborate on some stuff professionally.
Wouldn’t women think this isn’t something a guy asks you to do if he’s not interested in you?
also, I’m American and she’s British and I’m leaving in a few days….

Dude, that's a pretty interesting situation you've got going on there. The fact that she accepted your invitation for the Harry Potter tour and dinner definitely seems like a good sign that she might be interested in you. I mean, that's not exactly the kind of thing you'd ask a coworker or professional contact to do, ya know?
But I get why you're feeling a bit unsure about it, especially since you're from different countries and you're only in town for a little while. That adds a whole other layer of complication to the whole thing.
My advice would be to just try to play it cool and see how things go on the "date." Don't overthink it too much or put too much pressure on it. Just enjoy the experience and see if there's a natural vibe and connection there. If she's into you, it'll probably come through in how she interacts with you.
And hey, even if nothing romantic comes of it, at least you'll still get to do the Harry Potter tour, which sounds pretty awesome. Just focus on having a good time and see where it goes from there, man. Don't be afraid to make a move if the vibes are right, but also don't force anything if it's not working. Play it by ear and see what happens!
