Would you think Mama plus (my first name) be appropriate for his daughter to call me?

I'm new to dating a guy with a child so I'm not sure about this. Do feel like it's too early? I've seen his daughter on Facetime multiple times just haven't met in person yet. He asked if it's okay for her to call me that.
