I’m confused why he would say this?

My partner said to me acouple weeks ago “what if you were doing something behind your partners back and you knew it was wrong” ngl it’s been playing on my mind ever since. I asked him what he meant by it just now and he said nothing baby and he promises he didn’t mean anything by it. He is just scared of losing me. Proceeds to call me his one and only baby. I’m really confused why he said that tho. Would anyone be worried if a partner said that to you

When talking to anyone about anything.
You have to listen close. Because if they are lying to you.. with out even knowing it they will tell you thentruth in the same sentence.

So he is either thinking you are doing. something. Or he is doing something. Or getting ready to.

Learn how to read his eyes his body language. His tone of voice . sometimes it's now what they say. It's more on what they don't say

It’s a little telling that he said that. He definitely was either felling guilty, or was worried you were doing something.
