Well the issue is that it just shouldn’t matter someone’s race. It should matter who both peoples character is as well as if there is a genuine connection.

It can give me weird vibes when it seems like more of a fetish thing then genuine attraction.

My view is that many interracial marriages happen because the couple perceive close functional unity and shared goals, while the media likes to tell people that interracial couples are a product of mutual appreciation for intentionally selected cultural or functional diversity. I suggest it’s their similarities and not their differences that built their attraction to each other.

I dated African American and Latino. The comments were saying that interracial relationships were gross and that white women dating black men or white guys dating Asian women was not good. Just silly comments like that
