Girls, would you date someone with memory issues to the extent of needing to be reminded how long to put things in the micro cooker?

Memory issues for things that he does not consider as important such as for how long to put something in the microwave is not really important.

However, if that person has memory issues with practically everything and is forgetful because of a medical condition such as Alzheimer's or other degenerative conditions such as:

- Vascular dementia.
- Frontotemporal dementia.
- Lewy body dementia.
- Limbic-predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy.
- A combination of several of these types of dementia, known as mixed dementia.

then it will become an issue in a relationship. If a person is simply forgetful, then I believe a pretty normal relationship is still possible. It would have to be checked periodically though.

see i dont know what kind of memory issue it is but i know i have a hard time with little details i can mostly remember important things

You may have a medical condition such as aphasia for instance. You should have this checked with your caregiver.

Depends, your example wouldn’t bother me, but forgetting to show up for dates and stuff like that would be a dealbreaker.

i get panic attacks with last minute changes so i like to plan things weeks in advance and write it down somewhere
