A guy that I like wasn't interested?

I knew this guy just for 1.5 months, which is very short time. We just talked online, never have met. I told him about my personal problems, he listened and helped. We also talked about so much other things. One day I noticed I started to develop feelings for him which I told him then. He also told me about his feelings, which were mutual. One thing though is that it was only me who started conversation every time, he just few times.

Then I told him, if he doesn't want to keep talking, he is free to leave. He insisted he wants to continue. He also told me that he sees future with me, but his actions and words aren't the same. He speaks more than he actually does. I really got tired to every time start the conversation with him so I leave it to his hands and wait. He tells me he has a crush on me but if a guy is really interested, should he also do something? Should I just completely forget him and move on?

I think you need to tell him all of this. If you've been initiating the conversations, then that's the pattern he'll expect to continue. So when suddenly you stop initiating like he's become used to you doing, he is going to think you're no longer interestd. It's not going to make him think "oh, well since I really like her, I'd better step-it-up and initiate."

He's going to think you're interest is fading.

If you talk to him about this, no problem.

If you don't... the most likely outcome is just that this thing fades away.

I think you have a totally valid point. But you need to communicate it to him. Otherwise you might as well forget him and move on. This plan won't work without telling him.

Only you can answer this. I can ONLY speak for myself. Any woman I'm going to hit it off with is probably going to have to like me more than I like her to begin with. At least on the surface.

You sound like one of these girls that need the guy to pursue you a bit. That'd NEVER happen with me. I don't know if this guy is like me or not.

Here's what I do know. Pretending to like a woman is easy. In my opinion you either like this guy or you. You either give it effort or you don't. And if you don't want to then move on. You both will be just fine.
