I saw this guys on ig, he lives not to far from me, his profile is his work profile. I started to following him couple of weeks ago, I did like some of his stories and pics, but he never even paid attention to mine. He’s really my type, and I would like to go out with him but I feel like this would be desperate to ask him out as a girl, plus he doesn’t return likes. Like he doesn’t care. I know this sounds stupid but I never had this problem before. If I was interested in any guy and I just liked his photo, he started talking to me, but this guy he never even checked my profile out… could he be just not interested or he just don’t pay attention who likes his photos or posts. He’s like 100% my type and I truly would love to at least start talking to him

Well, you can reach out to him and don't outright tell him that you like him but rather start with friendship first then after sometime you can express your feelings.

However, if he never responds to your texts then it is clear he does not care and is not interested.
