No... most guys aren't going to ask a girl out if the vibes aren't good. It doesn't make sense to do that. If the vibes aren't good, then they won't be good... even if she says yes. (and she ought to say no... because the vibes aren't good).

You need to get the vibes back to being good first. Asking someone out is generally a bad idea otherwise. You are relying on your looks, and the vibes. If the vibes aren't good, your looks are going to stop mattering real-quick.

But there is no reason you can't get the vibes back to good, if there's any hope with that particular girl.

It's way easier to do that now; rather than trying to do it on a date... that's starting from a horrible position. Bad vibes you hope to change to good ones. Do that now. Then ask her out.

Very common. That's why those girls complain about no guys approaching them yet wanting to be cold, aloof, and unapproachable. I don't waste my time on those and neither should you.

It really comes down to options. It has been said "women are loyal if they want to be. And men are as loyal as thier options". Guys (especially young guys) will ask women out according to thier options. A guy with a lot of options has the option of being picky, guys with few options, not so much.
