An old crush of mine says she doesn't like her boyfriend. Obviously I wouldn't swoop in immediately IF they did break up, but should I wait it out?

We recently hung out for the first time since highschool (only 3 years ago) and she asked me about my love life before I could. I was kinda hopeful but she said she was with the same guy since highschool.

Throughout our hangout she mentioned many times that she didn't really like him but I didn't want to tell her to break up with him. I kinda felt like she was maybe hinting but I didn't want to assume. As much as I like her, I still respect the fact she's in a relationship. I'm not constantly texting her but I don't want her to think I'm not interested if she is.
