Why can't short men be accepted as dominant?

Whenever I see power/sexual dynamics involving short men, especially if the woman is taller, 9 times out of 10 the man is the submissive one in the dynamic. Basically a man that is short is not allowed to feel masculine or dominant, and if he does, he will struggle a lot to find women that would comply because women determined that he is powerless just because he is short. So women can be dominant over men regardless of her own height, but men have to be tall in order to be dominant? Do people not see the double standard in that? And is a man supposed to force himself to be submissive regardless if he values his own masculinity and dominance because that's who he is? And don't tell me he has to find women shorter than him, because if women can dominate over men regardless of her height or even his own height, it is hypocritical to tell men he has to be taller than the woman in order to be dominant.
