They’re about the same. I say this because in both situations the men chose not to be w them for a reason. One just happened to be married, the other had kids w the dude. I might be a little more likely to date a divorced female vs a female w kids though, but they’re pretty similar.

A single mom has made a conscious decision to have a child without getting married.

A divorced mom had a child while married.

There's a significant difference between the two.

The divorced mom is probably more willing to date and seek a LTR while the single mom isn't.

They are essentially in the same category from a guy's perspective. It's a single mom. Whether she was divorced, or never married isn't the most important factor. So, I would put them in the same category. I'm a bit confused as to how they should be seen differently.

Both have a realistic perspective on life, possibly through no fault of their own. The single mom is certainly more capable of making independent decisions Things that the Divorced mom is now forced to do. Don';t know never been there.

I see people as individuals. For example a mom divorced because her ex cheated on/abused her is not the same to me as a never married with four crazy baby daddies.

Divorced mums have had the experience, however long that is, or short, doesn’t matter.
Single mums have yet to experience, or on the other hand might never experience it.

Thus leading to my conclusion.

I did. I am married now with kids. When I was single looking for my girl for life anyone with kids was a hard no. Anyone who had ever been married already was a hard no.

Both are failures at keeping the relationship together. The divorced mother is not only a single mother but also not loyal to the vows she took. Therefore, the divorced woman is worse.
