It's possible. I'll only go so far on a date. If I don't think she's reciprocating at some point I pause and wait for her to make the next move. If she doesn't then her lack of interest, or inability to interact with the opposite gender is clear. Either way, I'm not a dentist so I'm not going to sit there and pull teeth.
