Poison Ivy is probably the best bet. She’s beautiful, independent, and deadly. She could keep me entranced so that i never needed to know that she never loved me back, and she could k*ll me quickly when she was done with me. Never having to hurt would be a miraculous upside.

Let's just be completely clear here: I don't know much about comics... but what little I know about comics is almost entirely Marvel.
The few bits of DC stuff I know I'm only vaguely aware of second-hand and without context... like that there are a bunch of other different coloured lanterns besides green corresponding to different emotions or somesuch... and that there are also different coloured kryptonites that change superman for stupid reasons... also the flash wears red, but apparently there were yellow ones too or something... and Batman has had several Robins... or one of them did. Not really sure how that works. Also I know Deathstroke exists only because Deadpool was a satire of him originally.

The really sad thing is I don't know any female DC characters that are even remotely appealing... so I can't answer this question properly.

I can't find a DC or Marvel character I like except the archer guy from Capt. America. Loved watching him shoot those arrows! And I'm intrigued by the Silver Surfer, but he's an alien and I don't think much of a lover guy. Do like Tony Stark. AGAIN. Not DC. Looked up a host of their characters. Not generally warm and fuzzy guys. More dark and dangerous.

Like them a little cleaner: not that Tony Stark is clean! What an ass! But love the suit!

That version specifically because her of her personality.
Most versions of most of the DC multiverse characters are very gloomy or stern (or both), but she is the polar opposite, oozing happiness and joy near constantly and always excited about everything (while also not being psychotic).
