If you mean the same first and last name, no, I haven't but I'm sure there are a fair number of them. I had a boyfriend in highschool that had a very uncommon last name and he always said he's the only person in the world with that first and last name and as far as I know, he was right! I could only find a handful of people with his last name, that weren't related to him but no one with his first name.
