Welcome to polyamory. Not common but technically fine as long as you go about it morally and avoid double standards.

In terms of whether or not women are ok with it, some are, especially if they are also polyamorous. I'd say most women probably aren't interested in polyamorous relationships in general though. It's definitely not my thing or the preference of most people I know.

Just be upfront about your intentions and stay out of monogamous/closed/exclusive relationships. You might also look into how people manage healthy polyamorous relationships, because while they can be healthy, they're also inherently complicated and require a lot of attention and emotional intelligence.

Look the way I see it as long as you are not promising anyone anything you don't intend to be/do and you explain what you want then anything goes. No it isn't the norm for the most part but if you are honest on your intentions and where you want to be then I would say you have a better chance of finding what you want rather than lying cheating deceiving etc. as that is only going to bring you pain and bad karma
