Research says there are more male gold diggers than female gold diggers. Thoughts?

All these men are posting online about how women are gold diggers that date and use rich men for money when less than 1% of women fall into this jobless and lazy gold digger category. Most of the time men and women are at identical levels of education and income with the man making less than 15% more than the woman.

I actually know a guy who is a male gold digger... but I also know a few girls who are gold diggers.

I guess it depends on the country.

You know how they say a man starts accusing a woman of cheating because he is? Or how they say most of the homophobic men are actually closeted? Feel this is the same thing, the things men throw at women or try to tear women apart for, are actually the things they do or desire to do.
