I guess some must be but i still dont think its the same thing.

While there are no doubt shallow men seeking to gain wealth and or power in this way for women it is a much more engrained and culturally supported thing.

Related to things like selling women off in arranged marriages and media propaganda / themes about doctors and throphy wives etc.

It is possibly genetic, a female looking for a male provider but i think the cultural and economic state of the world is the more powerful factor and if you were to change that you would see a corresponding change in the behaviours of the players playing the game.

No shot.. Haven't you seen the super slick super manipulative types in movies and such where people will lie and act like they like and love you until they get what they want and they are gone. Lmfao.. How is it some people are so easily fooled and fall for that kind of stuff.. Soo stupid lol snap out of it. Of course there are people out there like that. Criminals to are usually the ones who are super manipulative and soulless and will just tell you anything they think you want to hear but don't actually mean it.

Some are. My ex is one. I think it’s more common for older retired and widowed men to look at provider ability in women as well as companionship - a nurse with a purse. Whether not that qualifies as gold digger, I don’t know.

I do know two guys I would say are. But I know a lot of people, so that's maybe 1%

@walkingcorpse you’re one of many men who aren’t gold diggers and that’s awesome! However, you can’t deny there are other men out there who enjoy having an older woman take care of them. That would be disputing actual websites for these sorts of arrangements and many 1st had testimonials from sugarbaby men, if you take a little cruise through google.
