I broke up with my ex earlier this year he moved away to another state for work! He reached out a few times after when he was visiting!

We haven’t talked that much just exchanged texts ! But i actually saw him a few days ago out by the beach.

So i texted him the next day asking if he was back living here and he said yes and we exchanged a few texts! I am tempted to just text him” we should hang out sometime! “ and i figured it can go either way yes or he will decline.

I guess from a guys perspective does it look desperate on my part to send that text? Or if he was interested would he have already texted me that
