That depends on the man. Some yes others no they like manipulating and controlling no matter what happens. Also… Those mens feelings and egos are always hurt even over stupid stuff…

Most people who feel the need to manipulate people to feel powerful inside feel very weak and vulnerable. So they mask that by trying to act tough and macho all the time. Their egos may seem inflated but they’re masking deep insecurities.

Now there are men who can be more catty and passive aggressive. There are women who can be physically manipulative. But it’s the same way that insecure vulnerable women may turn to tactics such as mental and emotional manipulation. A man may be more likely to use physical force and try to show who is alpha.

Now obviously there are men who manipulate mentally and emotionally. There are women who manipulate physically. But at the end of the day they’re just very insecure people. Who are trying to cover up how they really feel inside.

Ifs not a excuse. There is people who are suffering inside who don’t hurt people to make themselves feel powerful. But you’re not really that powerful if the only way you feel powerful is controlling someone else.

They feel like as well. They need to use you. Cheat on you. Abuse you. Manipulate you. Before you do that to them.

Wait I'm not understanding the question. But I will say this. Fu king don't walk run if in any manner. He is abusing you please leave he's not going to change... if you walk away tell him you love yourself more than him because no man that says he love a girl does that. Tell him he needs help. And if he loves you he will do it and prove it to himself first. Come on. Walk away make him prove that he loves you and at thevsame time you are showing him how strong you are and you don't give a fuck no one will do this to you and if this is how you feel about your self now prove it you you

No, I’m sure some do react this way when provoked, but unfortunately there are many others that don’t need to be provoked in any way. You could be quiet and submissive, and they could have simply had a bad day, and this might trigger an abusive response since they don’t know how to handle their frustration so they take it out on someone who’s more vulnerable. Other reasons might be substance abuse, things like alcohol cause people to be more irritable and some people can be more problematic than others.
