Why do you feel thst way. First thing that has to be done is find yourself... what makes you you.. love yourself. Start becoming better o. The parts you wish you were better at

Open up.. love everyone don't allow yourself to not like some one become one with yourself. That means love yourself. Become one with others. That means love them help them be the best they can be.. become one with the universe that is your higher power. GOD. Energy when you can do this there is a feeling you get through out your whole body. It's almost like a horny feeling but way deeper you just flow if I was to walk up to you and start talking to you you would feel it you can do this because it's all ready in you you just need to bring it out you have lots of love within you I can feel you from here

That's messed up if you have felt that way all your life.. I've been there but in a different way ... can I ask you do you really feel unlovable. Because I would bet you are the best lover

If your self-esteem is low, you might believe that you do not deserve love or to be treated well by others. Trauma. Many trauma survivors feel unlovable because of the trauma they experienced.

Practice self-compassion: When things don't go the way you wanted them to, instead of being hard on yourself, try to treat yourself with kindness. Just because your date didn't go well or you went through a messy friendship breakup doesn't mean that you shouldn't get to experience closeness ever again.
