You cannot be critical of him. You cannot expect a guy to lead you if you constantly question the manner in which he does. And I'm not saying you do, but enough of your gender does today to a point that you have to choose between 2 guys. 1. Guy 1that doesn't want to lead as it has been beaten out if him. Or 2. guy 2 that still wants to lead, but doesn't give a f*** if you like it or not at all.
