Of course not. What would be gained by that? I know people say they want honesty. And I believe that's true. But here's the thing. Let's say I said It was because she was too fat. What makes my opinion matter? Other than the fact that she was interested. I mean I've seen some guys make some RIDICULOUS judgements calling women fat, who were in my opinion not. Not fat and not even close to it. The point I'm making is when you're rejected by somebody you're only being rejected by THAT PERSON, not the entire male species. So what does it really matter WHY they rejected you. Maybe they also like sniffing glue😆. See what I'm saying? Do you really care what some glue sniffer thinks of you.

Never let your self worth hinge on someone who really doesn't know you well enough to make such a judgement. Even if she was fat. That is only one facet of her. She's a 1000 other things as well. Some pretty spectacular. Most of them he never took the time or effort to learn.

No never that's a massive blow to their sense of self worth and value. A girl saying that can sometimes literally make an incel/femcel on the spot out of them. Hell no. That's just rude and unnecessary. Never give anyone a specific reason why you aren't interested. Say something vague like "I'm sorry but I don't think it would work." If they ask why, say "Just a feeling. I can't explain it." If they persist, then be more assertive and say "I gave you an answer. I'm not going to say anymore." If they still aren't satisfied, then end the conversation. "I think we're done here."

If I have to. Not that it exactly happens often, but if I don't want anything to do with someone then I won't bother telling them any more than I feel I have to. If they get on my nerves and push me though, it doesn't take me much to start ripping into them. Casual cruelty comes very easily to me... at least against humans.

I normally just tell people that I don't think we would be compatible for a relationship. If they ask and want specifics I would tell them, but normally people don't ask for specific reasons.
