Let’s say you’ve matched with a girl and conversation flows for a few weeks. What does it mean when you stop replying?

Not interested anymore.

Busy with work.

Something put me off.

I genuinely forget to reply sometimes.

If you are on a dating app, you have already failed. The real world is filled with potential partners, and all you have to do is walk out your front door. Why people make things so hard for themselves is perplexing.

For me, I don't like texting in the first place and prefer in person interaction. I also tend to say a lot early on to determine possible compatibility, but then need in person interaction or texting will become sporadic due to running out of things to discuss if we are not participating in new activities together.

Slows down? From what? There is no communication on a dating app. It is just a collection of pictures of mindless rakes silhouetted jumping on the beach or grouped together with drinks at nightclubs that exist to be rejected.

If they're not talking to you, always assume they're talking to somebody else. Because there is a high liklihood that they are.

If the conversation slows you are likely not in the lead anymore.

I wouldn't even bother with that. But I'm single so maybe my advice isn't the best. If a conversation dies I let it die. I'm not going to pull teeth with a woman. She either wants to talk to me or she doesn't. And if it appears she doesn't I just let it go. There is and OUTSIDE chance they're just busy. And if the come back and try to resume the conversation then I make a judgement call. I had a woman put me on hold for six and then tried to pick up the conversation😂 people are weird.
