Good question - I do not think there is a general "Cougar" term for older guys who date younger women but more terms that are more reflective of the women's reasons for wanting this type of relationship - A woman may want a "Sugar Daddy" (Financial), a "Father Figure" (Daddy Issues) , a "Silver Fox" (Prefer a more mature guy)

I don't think there's a specific term for old (er) guys dating young (er) girls, nor do I think it's necessarily something we should condemn or critisize. It takes two to be in a relationship and if its a matter of two consenting adults, it's really no-one else's business.

The same goes for older women dating younger guys.

I would draw the line where the younger partner is underage.

I don't think young girls are drawn to older men, perhaps but for the older guys having money, but even then that is a 'financial' thing, in my opinion I have always dated younger girls or maybe the same age women, but dont' have any name for what your describe.
