I promise you, you can find someone who finds you super sexy. Even someone who technically prefers a smaller or larger chest could still find you super sexy, because a lot of the times, preferences are not actually that binary as they appear (of course people with the strongest opinions squawk the loudest, making it seem like people only care about huge boobs. In reality, the people who don't care that much just don't shout it from the roof tops the same way people who feel strongly about it do). A big part of being sexy is confidence. Treat your body as if it is sexy. Act like you're sexy. Move and speak as if you're not ashamed of treating yourself as 'sexier than you really are', because a lot of the time, that's actually the part that's the most sexy. A great body helps, but I'm sure we've all seen plenty of girls who don't seem to have a bangin' body and they still have an active sex life. It's that confidence to act sexy that's sexy. A timid person can be desired too, but if your goal is to be as sexy as possible for someone... it's the attitude that really does it. Being great in bed and lusted after is a lot more about how you act than how you look.

Well first of all... women are simply harder to get. It's why people that can get lots of guys are seen as just being a sloot and people that can get lots of girls actually are achieving a pretty difficult task. So there's that.
Also how are you trying to meet them? If you're not doing it face to face, you can't apply the firm pressure it takes to get it to go anywhere as easily. If online, women are notorious for showing a lack of interest, and making the other carry all the conversations or just going silent for no reason.
It's not too hard once you learn what you're doing. My lesbian friend is notorious for stealing my girls right out from under my nose.
