So I've started talking to this girl, and on our first date, her phone rang and she didn't answer, she said it was another guy she was also dating 2 weeks prior but she is still keeping her options open, she then told me at the end of the date she just sees me as a friend type, so i said ok nice knowing ya,

Anyway weeks go by, my last ex made false allegations about me to the police, i was thrown in a cell for 10 hours and had the chance to prove she was lying, and give plenty of evidence,

Anyway i recently got back in touch with this first girl who told me that other guy didn't want her in the end, and i told her what i went through, she was shocked but we started to reconnect again, im still technically out on bail while the police see i have nothing to hide on my devices, im not worried. I dont have any criminal records,

This girl met up with me again and i bought us food in a restaurant, she was funny and playful, even jumping up behind me making me spill tea down myself after she came back from the toilet, and she was open about her depression and antidepressants. We still talk for 3 hours most nights, she wants to see me every week and even meet her dog, she even gave me her home address and wanted to know mine, and was happy we live fairly close, she then would tell me very personal sexual info about herself about what likes and stuff squirt wise. I told her she must trust me enough to be giving me her address unless, she gives that out to lots of guys? and she insisted she doesn't,

She said she doesn't want to date anyone right now though she is on dating apps, so keeping her options open i guess, but she wants to "build up" a friendship with me, we laugh lots when we call and we literally chat for 3 hours most nights, even telling me she's laid there naked in bed, and we talk till she's ready to sleep 😴 I hope im not being used for attention, is there a chance it could lead to something more once the police drama is over and if we built up a closer bond?

Probably not. She wants a friend and sees you as one. To her, that's probably more important than dating you or possibly anyone else right now. If she were interested, she would probably say as much. If you don't want to just be friends then you should probably tell her that and let her decide if she still wants to continue trying to be friends with you and share like she has been.
