Recently came across this line in a movie and it got me thinking, whether that’s true for most people. From one perspective, it makes sense because even if you do something you end up regretting (barring something of a malicious or criminal nature), you still learn something from it and your mistakes are your own to make. However, if you end up regretting it, was it really worth doing it in the first place, especially if you knew that it would end up with you feeling that way?
