Absolutely. My department at work is mostly women. I heard them talking about what they are looking for in a guy and most (but not all) of the time they are describing a very small percentage of the male population. However there are lots of great guys myself included who are real and right in front of them.

The thing I don’t find logical in this diagram is that if all women are dating the top 10% of men, then a high value man would have to date 10 girls at the same time. In that case, these girls would have to feel no jealousy among themselves for the relationships to continue. Theoretically possible, but in practice it doesn’t seem very likely.

It's some guys that aren't as attractive but they stick around long enough for a woman to get attached to their presence then suddenly the guy doesn't look too bad, cause he mirrored the woman and started meeting at least some of her standards
