Why does my most unattractive picture get the most attention?

I have noticed that on my dating profile most men tend to like my photo where I have no makeup on lol. I feel like I look like a 16 year old there. I remember taking that in the bathroom which you can literally see and it was after a long night shift. I feel I looked bad but I still uploaded it to have enough photos up. Anyway, I have other more appealing photos there some with makeup but don’t receive as much attention?

Your 'unattractive' photo likely captured you in a moment of natural, unvarnished authenticity, where your real self was shining through. The other photos with makeup are more carefully constructed, more polished, but less alive. People are attracted to the more living, more real part of you that was captured in the 'unattractive' photo, not the artifice of the other images.
