Things happen at different paces for different people. During WW1 and WW2 a lot of soldiers literally got married on the first date and the ones that came home often had happy long marriages believe it or not. Maybe it was a different time I don't know. On the other hand, some people will date for a decade before marriage so there's that. My sisters been with her boyfriend over 10 years and neither of them have proposed they're just doing their thing. I wouldn't say it's normal, but I wouldn't say it's abnormal either. Take it as a green flag that they guy likes you sincerely. Bare minimum he likes you enough to be attached and that's a good sign you have3 chemistry at least on his end.

Or it might mean that his lockscreen used to be him and his ex, and he felt like he needed to change it after you two started dating.

Or he might have made the picture of you and him as his lockscreen by mistake, and he's not sure how to change it back.

Or he might just enjoy changing his lockscreen very often, for no particular reason.

Or it could be a lot of other things.

At this point, there's no reason for you to be alarmed. You've probably thought about this more than he has.
