More so then men. Most men are built for work. Which means most of a man's friendships are working relationships. It's not that we stop being friends with other guys we meet. Our responsibilities just take us away from those friendships. Friendships will always take a backseat to our spouses and kids (as it should). And our friends get that.

That really depends. I've known some women who do switch up on you and cut you off because their boyfriend or husband told them to or didn't feel comfortable with it. Those are the weak women with weak partners. Some stick with you and their man doesn't mind.
