How do women like to be approached or complimented?

Now that most women feel liberated in society and get lots of attention, what KIND of attention do they respond best to? Can you be more sexually forward? Or is it still much preferred to take a more courtship style of approach, respectful, etc?

I feel like I know what the answer SHOULD be, but I know that this seldom works, and meanwhile a ton of hookups are happening. So what is the play?

It depends on the woman, how the man goes about it, and the man in question. As well as other factors such as if she’s in a relationship and if she’s lesbian.
