hi! So the guy I’ve been talking to is somewhat famous in his career/ and just in general. His job is also a very social job. With this being said, it leads to his personality being a bit flirty and working with tons of women as well as men. He gives compliments to other women in front of me , as well as tells me someone looks hot etc. he tells me that he should feel comfortable saying these things without me flipping on him. It’s really hard for me not to flip. It is part of his job, as he’s in the rodeo world, but it’s been messing with me. I just sometimes think he’s overly nice. He’s never hidden anything from me and treats me so good, I just wish I could get past this. Any tips?

No, of course you are not crazy. This guy is a player by nature since his job makes him interact with other people and he seems to be well at ease with other, mostly younger women.

A man, regardless of his age, is ruled by his testosterone and it does not take a genius to realize what that means in terms of a serious relationship. Given that he revolves around pretty women, it is only a matter of time till the one or the other will motivate him strongly enough to get into her pants.

This kind of guy is a serious red flag and obviously, he is going to tell you that you have nothing to fear but reality is that you have everything to fear.

It is fair enough to feel this way, but he is also not necessarily wrong for his behavior if it is genuine to his professional life. The goal is to bridge that gap so his actions don't constantly undermine your security.
